Questions
Common questions about adlass.
adlass is a platform for AI workflows that work with a company's documents, data, and partners. A built-in assistant builds skills and workflows, agents work on your documents and your own records database, and workflows connect to your systems, forms, and partner workflows. Every step is visible, approved, and reversible.
Partly. Those tools connect APIs with triggers and steps. adlass starts from the company's documents and records: agents read and write them, workflows add integration steps and approvals, and partners connect through defined handoffs. Detailed comparisons are in the Compare section.
adlass starts free, no credit card required. Paid plans buy size: Spaces, databases, storage, and seats, starting at 9 USD per month. Credits pay for the work itself at public prices listed on the pricing page, and extra credits cost 1 USD per 1,000 in every plan.
Three things: a built-in assistant that creates skills, workflows, and settings for you; your company's documents and your own records database as the ground agents work on; and workflows that reach outside, to forms, partners, and their workflows. All of it with approvals, logs, and undo.
A clearly scoped task an agent completes reliably: draft a quote, check documents, compile a report. It has a contract: inputs, result format, document scope, allowed integrations. Versioned and owned by the team.
It builds. It works through the same operations as the interface: create skills, generate processes, add workflow nodes, add record fields, publish pages. Every change lands in a change set you can roll back.
Through the scope you give each skill: folders, documents, tables, record types, integrations. No blind crawling. Every read and write is logged.
No. Each side keeps its own workflow. You connect through agreed handoff points, and the partner appears on your canvas as a box with a status.
In the EU, separated per company and encrypted. Integration credentials are stored encrypted and redacted in logs.
Describe the task. The rest takes shape on the platform.
