Documents

A drive for your team where agents work too.

Documents arrive by email, from Google Drive or OneDrive, by upload or from your own agent over MCP. You create folders, move files by drag and drop and share with the team. The difference from a normal drive: every document is made readable for agents when it arrives.

Every document gets a data layer for agents when it is uploaded. Text, fields and tables are read out and stored with the document. An agent searches this layer instead of opening hundreds of PDFs. It finds the March invoice from Holzwerk Nord in seconds and uses hardly any context doing so.

How documents get in, and how you work with them

  1. 01

    Import from email and drive

Connect a mailbox or a folder from Google Drive or OneDrive. New files then arrive by themselves, and every import is logged.

    • „Put all attachments sent to invoices@ into the "Inbox" folder.“
    • „Sync the drive folder "Contracts 2026" every 15 minutes.“
  2. 02

    Upload with your own agent

Your agent uploads, creates folders, moves and renames. That is how you tidy 300 files in one request.

    • „Upload all PDFs from ~/Downloads/suppliers and sort them by supplier.“
    • „Rename the scans by date and invoice number.“
  3. 03

Readable for agents: text, fields, tables

Uncertain values are flagged for review instead of being accepted silently. Excel and CSV become tables that a skill queries row by row.

    • „Which contracts expire in the next 90 days?“
    • „Find all invoices from Holzwerk Nord above €2,000.“
  4. 04

Public pages: share and receive without an account

A link someone opens without an account. Your supplier sees their orders there, an applicant uploads their documents there. With a password or expiry date if you want.

    • „Build a page where Holzwerk Nord sees its orders and enters delivery dates.“
    • „Build a form where new suppliers submit their company register extract and bank details.“

Live documents

People and agents work in the same table at the same time

Live documents are texts, tables and task boards that live right in the space. Your team, the supplier with the public link and an agent enter data at the same time, and everyone sees who changed what. Whoever needs a file exports the current state as DOCX, XLSX or PDF.

Common questions

PDF, scans and images through text recognition, Excel and CSV as tables, and the usual office formats. The recognised content is stored with the document so an agent reads text instead of pixels.

It searches the extracted content of all documents in the space, by keyword or pattern, and then reads only the hits. Each space also has a summary. That is faster and cheaper than opening files one by one.

Yes. You share live documents and public pages by link, optionally with a password, expiry date or email check. You can rotate or disable a link at any time. For a file you export the current state as DOCX, XLSX or PDF.

Through access. A skill only sees the folders you give it, and a space only the members you add. A management folder stays invisible to every other skill. The log shows which documents a run has read.

Describe the task. The rest takes shape on the platform.

Start for free, create your first skill with the assistant, and see what a run looks like before you connect anything.
