You could always click workflows together. What is new: an agent builds them for you. You write, for example, "File every invoice from the inbox, record it and ask Ana in Slack". The assistant creates the record type, the skill and the workflow, you review and publish. This works in the chat inside the platform or with your own Claude Code or Codex over MCP.

The platform is built so that agents find their way around it. Every function is an operation with a clear description. The assistant searches for the right one, reads what it needs and runs it. That is why it can operate everything you can operate. The same goes for your local agent: Claude Code, Codex, Claude Cowork and any other that speaks MCP.

    Build skills and sharpen them

    If a result is off, you say so in one sentence. The assistant changes the skill, and you revert the change with one click if needed.

The agent builds, you decide

An agent that can operate everything needs clear limits. These four apply to the built-in assistant and to every agent connected over MCP.

  • Drafts first

    Skills, workflows and pages are created as drafts. None of them runs before you publish it.

  • Approvals

    Publishing, sharing, deleting and anything that leaves the platform waits for your yes. The approval card shows the difference to the current state.

  • Undo

    Every change the assistant makes can be reverted one by one, or the whole request at once.

  • Log

    Every message to the assistant and every change is in the audit log, with person, time and content.

Common questions

You revert the change, one by one or the whole request. Skills, workflows and pages are created as drafts and only run once you publish them. For anything that leaves the platform the assistant needs your yes.

Skills, workflows with triggers, steps and approvals, record types with fields and relations, and pages with forms. It reads and changes records, creates folders, checks integrations and answers questions about runs and errors.

Any agent that speaks MCP, for example Claude Code or Codex. For Claude Code one command is enough: claude mcp add --transport http adlass https://api.adlass.io/mcp. Then you sign in through the browser. The agent has the same permissions as you and needs the same approvals as the built-in assistant.

Text files: Markdown, TXT, JSON and YAML, up to five per message. PDFs, spreadsheets and images go into the space as documents. The assistant reads them there like any other document.

No. It uses the integrations and permissions of the space it works in. What you may not do, it may not do either.
