Marketing with AI agents: analyse campaigns, write drafts, collect approvals.
Marketing is made of many small jobs: pulling numbers out of three systems, turning one article into five drafts, naming links correctly, moving dates, waiting for an approval. An agent does this by your rules and asks you before anything goes out. Here is a Monday with four such runs.
A Monday in marketing
Four agent runs in one day. Each one fetches its own data or copy, asks at one point and leaves something finished behind.

The weekly report from ad account, shop and newsletter
At seven on Monday the report is there and nobody exported anything. The agent pulls the week from Meta Ads, the shop and Klaviyo, matches the orders through the campaign tag in the link and writes the page "Weekly report 38" next to the one before. What is out of line stands on top: Trailrun 03 costs €38 per order instead of €22.
- 1Monday 07:00, the schedule starts the run
- 2Meta Ads, shop and Klaviyo deliver the week
- 3Orders are matched through the campaign tag
- 4The report page writes itself, outliers on top

One test report becomes a newsletter and three posts
Tom files "Trail-shoe-test.docx" in the marketing space, and that starts the run. The agent reads it together with the brand document, drafts Thursday's newsletter with two subject lines and three posts, and files every draft as an entry in the content plan. Nora approves in Slack, and the campaign then sits scheduled in Klaviyo for Thursday 10:00.

The October campaign gets its links and dates
Lena gives the assistant two sentences: campaign trailrun-oct, October 1 to 31, Meta, newsletter and blog, €6,000 budget. The agent creates the campaign record, builds the links to your naming rule, puts seven dates in the content plan and posts the finished links in the team channel. That is why the orders from this campaign land in the right place in next week's report.
- 1Lena names campaign, period, channels and budget
- 2The agent creates the campaign record
- 3Links are built to your naming rule
- 4Seven dates land in the content plan

New ad texts and a briefing for the studio
Trailrun 03 has been flagged since the morning. Lena starts the run on the record: the agent takes the creative with the best click rate, the test report and the brand document and drafts three ad texts plus a briefing with formats and a deadline. After her yes in Slack the briefing goes to the studio by mail, and the delivery date is in the plan.
